Crew & Vendor Registration

This listing service is provided to promote local crew and service providers on Vancouver Island South. These profiles help bring domestic and international film and television production work to our region. You can create your listing by following these steps:

• Crew - Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria to list (One professional production credit in any position and able to work as a local hire);
  Vendors - Proceed to step two;
• Enter first and last name, email address and select a listing type and a password;
• Provide some basic contact information;
• Add your skills & affiliations; and
• Select the appropriate listing categories. Crew registrants will be also required to enter professional credits.
• After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on managing your profile.

Please note:

• Though not required to list, we encourage all crew to become members of the film commission to receive notifications of crew calls, industry events and other opportunities.
• By listing with us, you agree to work in the Vancouver Island South region, as a local hire, without travel and per diem compensation. This does not prevent you from negotiating compensation for travel days outside of the region and/or requiring overnight stays in other regions of Vancouver Island.
